General War Rules

• No Elevation Allowed
  (Roofs, Highground, Wood Pallets/Boxes, Mountains, etc)
• All Members of the KOS lineup must have Gang Roles
  (No 3day’s or outsiders)
• 2 Subs allowed MAX
  (Subs must be pinged upon swapping out a member)
• All clips posted must be 7 seconds
  (3 before/after 1s kb)
• Players have 5min to post any povs and most call upon dying
  (Death Povs, Kill Povs, and Auto’s 3k+)
• 1 Clip/Retrim per round is allowed on any post
  (2mins added to timer if need to retrim)
• Auto post (3k+) may post more then 1 clip if needed to show all kills
  (3 before/after 1s kb)
• DQ Timer will start at 5min, timer restarts if paused
  (Ex: Timer Paused 2:30 -> Timer Resumes 5:00)
• Calling W8 during round must be said in ticket
  (Must not be played to call rr; Ex: Members shooting back)
• Player calling Early/Start must post their death of the player starting “early”
  (Clip must show from start of round to Death)
• You Must Call For Clip Immediately after you die!
  (Max You Have Is 30 Seconds After Death Any after Is Invalid!)
• Anyone who f8’s or crashes during round must screenshare load up to Host
• 1 Reason to call for post
  (Multiple calls can lead to bail and no rr or post)
• No Bulletproof helmets or mask that give eating bug
  (Will result in RR)
• If a player is killed to dsync (died to suicide in logs) player must still post pov
  (Will count as a Ftp if not posted; Host may determine kill)
• No extremely large or stretched crosshairs
  (Must fit inside the eye on the inspection script/3rd eye; X-hair 6 max)
• Must use War vc’s provided by host upon roles given
  (War Vc 1-2, Vc 3-4, etc)
• Players must not use an alt if timed out or banned from cord
  (Result in DQ + Strike)
• Calling Pov must be said in ticket as SOON AS YOU Die
  (Late calls are with in 30 Seconds of death)
• Gangs May not play more then 2 war at once
• DQ Timer must be mentioned in order to start
  (EX: DQ Started ends :45)

Ally Rules

• Gang Must have proper interactions before using allies in wars
  (3 Positive interactions and posted in channel)
• Allies may only borrow half of their members to war
  (Main gang que’s for a 5v5, uses 3 members, allowed to borrow 2 allies)
• Allies will not gain a win or loss
  (Only goes to the teams who opened ticket)

Proper Clipping Requirements

• Clips must be 1080p 60fp
  (Minimum Settings, anything lower will be a count as a ftp 1x)
• AMD/Nvidia Shadow play only
• Clips Must contain player mic audio
• Clips Must contain discord audio
• Clip must not be renamed and contain original name from software
• Non related Clip is called for RR
  (ftp 1x is opponent teams round) (ftp 2x DQ)

Upload Rules

• Players have 5min to post any povs and must call upon dying
  (Death Povs, Kill Povs, and Auto’s 3k+)
• Auto (3k+) & Retrim Post Add 2min onto the previous timer
  (ends :54 new timer ends :56)
• Posting Screenshot of clip posting pauses timer
  (Fake ss will be other teams round - Name doesn’t match ss)

ClipWatch Rules

• Players placed on clipwatch MUST post every kill in the clip watch channel
  (Any kills deleted or not posted will result in a ban)
• Players on clipwatch may be asked to post any time during the war if asked from opposite team
  (Don’t spam the person to post be reasonable)
• Players on clipwatch must post extended version of kills in the clipwatch channel
  (5seconds before, 1 second KB, 3 seconds after) (9seconds)
• Players have 30min upon finishing a war/ticket to post all kills
  (9seconds anything lower will count as failing)

Anon Que Rules

• Teams have 30min to reply in ticket once queued or will automatically FF
  (“reply” means not a message sent concerning the war)
• Teams who queue and do not have the proper players will automatically FF
  (Don’t que if your not going to actively play)
• All Rules apply to Anon Que like nothing new

VC Rules

• Only active players on lineup can be in call
  (Any1 extra will be considered giving outside coms - DQ)
• Host MUST only be in VC when watching load up or answering questions
  (Host caught being in VC (Not Selfhost) will be RR)

Gun Rules

• Semi/Pistol War’s: Regular Pistols (Includes Personals)
  (No Binary’s, No Shotguns, No Revolvers)
• Ar War’s: Any Assault Rifle In the city (BM, Personal, Gang, Ect)
  (You May NOT steal your personal during a war - After is fine)

Reasons To Call RR

• Players killed by someone during the round with a spider
  (Must die to player with spider)
• Players killed by someone shooting off Q peak
• Players killed by someone shooting off cusfy
• Players killed from Ghost or Chip
  (Far Chip will be determined by Host or Clip reviewer)
• Players killed from an Aqua Peak
• City Res’s mid round if it effects that outcome
  (Higher ups may make call if need)
• Invalid Clip Posted
  (Not the proper time or 1 Trim already used)
• No Tracers is a RR / Drug Shooting
  (If KB doesn't have a tracer auto RR)
• Crouch Shooting
• Using /cam while alive
  (Meant for players dead to give coms to teammates)
• Players caught early starting off the provided map layout
• Players caught wearing bulletproof or eating bug head gear
• Players caught radio shooting
• 5 Second Spawn Rule
  (Players have 5seconds to leave their spawn area)

Reasons To DQ KOS

• Any players Caught using OBS or other clipping softwares outside AMD/Nvidia
  (May result in player to be put on Clipwatch or Ban)
• Players caught playing on 3day or outside gang roles
  (Non Allies)
• No Props is a player DQ
  (Must use one of the subs locked in lineup)
• No Renaming Clips
  (May result in ban with no appeal + DQ)
• Players caught with RPF’s
  (Better movement, Instant Rolls, No Recoil, Ect)
• Any Player caught saying TOS in game
  (Discord VC or Chat doesnt matter)
• Emote Exploiting / General Exploiting
  (Ex: Scratching head while shooting) (Spam Carry while dead)
• Outside Comes
  (Extra people in VC giving callouts)
• Players caught using IDs
• Players caught skipping 3day
  (Staff will be stripped if caught removing 3day before timer)
• Players caught using an Alt Account
  (May result in gang strike and ban from main cord)
